The School Equipment Software offers the following:
- Keeps a database that contains all the information related to all the equipment at your school
- The database is preloaded with all the standard equipment items that is found in a standard school.
- The equipment items are categorised to searching and managing easier.
- The database also stores images of the individual items to ensure that stock totals are added to the correct item.
- Movement of equipment between rooms can be easily entered and tracked.
- Data such as:
- Amount of Equipment on school,
- Value of the equipment on school,
- Available Equipment per type and item is immediately available.
- Location of each equipment item on the school is available.
- Available learner seats per classroom is available per single button click
- Specialised equipment (Computers, projectors etc.) can be allocated to individual users.
- Printable reports/lists include:
- All equipment on the school sorted alphabetically, per item or type
- Pricelists of all or selected Equipment
- Equipment per room
- Equipment per type
- Detail of Equipment (Supplier details etc.)
- Barcode scanning
- makes allocating and counting of equipment easy
- allows for custom made barcodes (detailed instructions on how to do this are included)
- Easy to follow Instructions are on all the pages.
- No prior knowledge of computer software are needed to use the application
- Training videos are included in the package
